Description: This Programme is intended to build local Indonesian capacity to better manage their environmental resources and programmes. It will increase environmental awareness but will do so in a way which forges greater social cohesion and equity. There will also be technical components that will complement the “softer” capacity building skills required to effectively transfer knowledge and strengthen nascent local institutions.
