Globalization Studies Network Conference in Dakar, Senegal

Peter Heap, Senior Research Associate with CFGS, represented the Centre at the GSN's August 29-31 conference in Dakar, Senegal entitled "Globalization: Overcoming Exclusion, Strengthening Inclusion".

The Dakar Conference was the second organized by the Globalization Studies Network, a grouping of over a hundred institutions around the world doing research on various aspects of globalization. One of the prime movers in organizing the Network was CFGS Director, Gordon Smith.
