IDNDR (Canada)(français)The Royal Society of Canada and the Canadian Academy of Engineering have been given the responsibility for establishing the Canadian National Committee for the IDNDR under a contract between the RSC and the Government of Canada. Funding has been provided by the following departments: Department of National Defence/Emergency Preparedness Canada, Environment Canada, Transport Canada, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, Fisheries and Oceans, Natural Resources Canada, and Public Works and Government Services Canada.

La responsabilité d'établir le Comité national canadien (CNC) du IDNDR a été attribuée à la Société royale du Canada et à l'Académie canadienne du génie en vertu d'une convention entre la SRC et le gouvernement du Canada.
