09:00-12:00: 3 hour morning session

12:00-14:00 Luncheon speaker - Jim Balsillie, Chairman and co-CEO, Research in Motion University Club - UVIC Campus

14:00-17:00: 3 hour afternoon session 

    • Energy
    • Economic integration (customs union, monetary union)

18:30 for 19:00: Dinner with speaker – Hugh Segal, President, Institute for Research on Public Policy  Vista 18 Restaurant, top floor of Chateau Victoria, 740 Burdett Ave.
